Dr Two Marking Technology Sdn Bhd (735623-D), previously known as Dr Two Solution Supplies and Services (2004-2006), is a local company which established on September 2006. The company specializes in supplyand service small character ink jet marking solution and other markingequipment such as Label Printer and Large Character Printer for the pasteight years. We providing cost effective technical support and services,even to board level repair to some extent, and supply fully compatiblespare parts, accessories and alternative consumables with same qualitybut lower price for ink-jet coder.

Presently, DR TWO MARKING TEHNOLOGY has staff force of 10, four ofthem are with more than 20 years of experience in ink-jet markingindustrial to provide services and support to our customer base. Ourtechnical team has the significant knowledge in ink-jet marking industrialto offer the market services from technical advice on phone to the repairand maintenance of small character ink jet printers as well as on site stafftraining.

Currently we are providing after sales and services support to about 400companies. As business is moving on well and we are looking foropportunity to market our own products. We are the sole distributor inMalaysia for Leibinger Small Character Printer (SCP) from Paul LeibingerGmbH & Co. KG., a product from Germany. Besides selling SCP printer,we are also selling Large Character Printer (LCP) and High resolutionPrinter and accessories for ink jet printer. We believed that by doing ourspecialized field we will be able to give our best service to our customer.

2) Sales personnel are required to maintain closecontact with customers, look into customers’ requirements and feedback.Customers’ feedback and complaints are handled promptly.

3) Any defective parts, brought up by customers(genuine cases) are to be replaced as soon as possible with good ones. The faulty parts has to send back to Principle in a shortest time for warranty claim.4) Technical staff will be constantly upgrading their trouble shooting skills and also customers handling skill to enhance the service department quality and provide the best and fast response time to our customers.
